Thanks to funding from The Elmley Foundation, Vamos is able to offer a performance of A Brave Face for the military community, and in particular Veterans living with Post Traumatic Stress.

The successful funding bid was made in partnership with SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, with Hereford College of Art (HCA) as our partner venue, and was awarded through Elmley’s Small Grants Arts Fund,

Hereford is a garrison town with a large military population, and the performance aims to bring Veterans together and be an event where those affected by PTS can make contact with relevant organisations and resources. We will be working with SSAFA Herefordshire Branch and the Herefordshire Veterans and Families Mental Health Network to promote the performance, which will be on Monday, 26 March at 7pm. Tickets are already available at: https://www.seetickets.com/tour/a-brave-face (external link)

Hereford College of Art will also host a second performance and two full mask workshops aimed at college students.
