I am waiting, crouched down, with ribbons ready to whip and hips ready to  shake; I am about to re-enter the performance space to provide some background groove to a singing dog and ....... Elvis.  With parachutes, balloons, masks and a birth, having the King himself make an appearance seems the natural progression to what is turning out to be a crazy show.

We are coming to the end of our rehearsal period for 'Sharing Joy', with our first care home performance tomorrow!  I feel privileged to be involved with a project that calls for a level of engagement that allows residents and their carers to become a part of the performance and fun of the party. With this in mind, anything can happen and I am excited, if a little nervous, to say yes to whatever I am given; whether it be an unruly bop to the head with a balloon or a timid hand to hold.

Any level of engagement whether it be big or small, or whether it is released from an area of joy or pent up frustration, is welcome.  We're raring to go, so let's go get 'em.
