This week, Vamos will be part of Shrewsbury Book Fest's Schools' Week, run by the Shropshire-based festival to coincide with World Book Day.

Kathryn Green will be running full mask workshops at Shropshire primary schools,  themed to link in with the festival's aim to bring the world of books alive for children. Pupils will be able to use masks to explore character: what character means, how characters are created, and how different characters are reflected physically. They'll get chance to perform in mask, explore their own favourite characters, and create work together.

Vamos is deslighted to have been invited to be part of Shrewsbury Book Fest's programme, which inspires and enthuses children with a love of reading through its annual projects.  Shrewsbury Book Fest's Schools' Week runs from Monday 27th February to Friday 3rd March, and involves over 2000 pupils from fifteen schools across Shropshire.
