National Star College is one of Vamos's very favourite places, and as usual we were given a wonderfully warm welcome last week when we ran a two day residency. The sessions, led by Rachael Savage, involved the students in games and activities which focussed on synergy and interaction, encouraging participants, whatever their physical abilities, to join in and make connections with others.

As well as the workshop sessions, the residency included a performance of Out for Tea, a short theatre piece showing the care and connection between grandma and grandson, performed by Rachael and actor Alan Riley.

Vamos would like to thank everyone at National Star for making our visit so brilliant, in particular the students for their enthusiasm and joy. We can’t wait to be back…

Thanks to Neil Smith (sos photography) for the photos…
