It was on with the Crimplene twin sets and out with the shopping trolleys earlier this week, when Vamos held an audition and workshop day to recruit new performers for our Walkabout work. We saw a great group of talented performers who brought some excellent skills to the day, along with quite a lot of silliness (which was just the combination we wanted).
Led by Rachael Savage, the day was a chance to try out new ideas and characters, and to take on a larger pool of Walkabout actors as demand increases - we'll be taking our Walkabout acts out throughout the UK this summer, and also internationally to events in Germany and Finland.
