Our next public workshop is created especially for teachers and arts professionals working across all Key Stage ranges, with the focus on effective ways of devising with young people.
Held at our base at Worcester Arts Workshop, the twilight session is open to anyone who could do with some practical pointers in devising, and effective ways of working with young people in the creation of physical theatre. The two hour after-work session will look at the rules of devising in a group, physical theatre techniques, comedy, structure, pace, and achieving clarity in devised storytelling. There will also be the chance to learn exercises that can be fed straight back into unit planning.
The workshop will be led by Vamos’s Artistic Director, Rachael Savage
