This month we’ve launched the 3rd module on our digital learning platform, maskED – Boy on the Roof, The Film.
maskED, winner of a Drama & Theatre Magazine Education Award, is our online learning area, supporting the teaching of mask, devising, physical theatre and theatre making (KS3-5). It combines practical film-based teaching with comprehensive notes and lesson support and is now being used in over 50 countries worldwide.
Our latest module, Boy on the Roof, The Film, combines watch-when-you-want access to our award-winning full length performance about ADHD, Boy on the Roof, and comprehensive support resources, including a Making the Production timeline, analysis of structural and dramatic devices, interviews with the creative team, practical exercises on devising from stimulus and lots, lots more.
Perfect for KS3 upwards, the module supports both written and practical aspects of Performing Arts and Drama assessments, and is especially good for students interested in physical theatre and devising.
The new module is one of three currently on maskED. Each unit-based module is tailored to meet exam board requirements whilst encouraging creative learning. Easily teachable, the intuitive, easy-to-use presentation suits both the more experienced teacher and non-specialist alike and helps to engage students with our accessible, dynamic, non-verbal theatre style.
And in February, we are offering 10% off all modules – just use the offer code MASKED10FEB at checkout.
