Vamos Theatre is the UK’s leading full mask theatre company, touring performances and training nationally and internationally since 2006.

We specialise in full mask theatre, a style that uses no words, but tells its story through body language, movement, sound and visuals. We bring together the exciting elements of physical theatre, mask and performance in an innovative way, exploring themes that are often challenging and emotionally resonant.

Vamos Theatre's work taps directly into the power of empathy. Replacing words with visual storytelling, we inspire and encourage awareness of our shared human experience in an increasingly isolating world. We give voice to those who do not have one, who are, for whatever reason, unable to tell their own story.

Our aim is to use the transformative potential of full mask theatre to communicate human experiences. We entertain, we empathise, and we educate, translating the characters, the moments, the feelings, the memories and the hopes into a universal language.
