With the show nearly ready to head out on tour, we come to the final few Best Things about our team. This week, find out who wore patent shoes and frilly collars!

Angela Laverick (actor) and Honor Hoskins (marketing and development manager)

The Best Thing about me is....
Angela:  that I like life.
Honor: I love to play! Whether that’s tractors with my son, a board game with friends or ideas in the rehearsal room, I just love to play.

What did you want to be when you were 10 years old?
Angela: I wanted to be an actor or an archeologist or astronomer.
Honor: A Blue Peter Presenter. I secretly still do! I think I would definitely be too old now and I would need a serious manicure for those close up sticky back plastic moments.

What was the first single you bought? And in what format?
Angela:  The first single I bought was "The Tide Is High" by Blondie on vinyl.
Honor: Tiffany, I Think we’re Alone Now – on LP.

What was your most cringe worthy childhood outfit?
Angela:  White knee high socks and sensible shoes.
Honor: There were a few, but I think it might have been the silky burgundy, purple and bottle green Christmas dress with the white frilly collar and puffy sleeves. This was of course accompanied by the patent shoes and ridiculous headband!

What were you most scared of as a child?
Angela:  I was most scared of not knowing what was going to happen next.
Honor: Birds, I still am.

What was your favourite childhood holiday?
Angela:  Corton Caravan Park in Suffolk.
Honor: A family holiday to Crete, we spent most of the holiday swimming in the pool or the sea. I loved it.

The Best Thing about me as a child was...
Angela:  I was brave and loyal.
Honor: I was tough and independent. I still am.
