We’re extremely pleased to announce the cast and production team for our next UK touring show, Nursing Lives. Those of you familiar with Vamos’s work will know some of the four cast members, several of whom performed in last year’s tour of Finding Joy. James Greaves, ex Trestle actor who played Danny in Finding Joy will be part of the company; Sarah Hawkins, who has been with Vamos since being a Young People’s Theatre member, returns after her roles in Finding Joy, Offal Tales and Nursing Lives 2010. Richard J Fletcher, a Vamos Associate Artist who played Billy and Walter in Finding Joy, will be with us again as actor and Tour Manager. They will be joined by Marissa Gunter, who’s worked with us on our Spring to Life and Sharing Joy projects and touring technician, Chris Marsh-Hilfiker. We’re delighted to have such a strong, talented team for the new production.

Along with regular Associates Carl Davis (design) and Janie Armour (composition), Alan Riley will again be Dramaturg, the production will be choreographed by Rachael Alexander, the masks made by Russell Dean of Strangeface, and the show will be directed by Rachael Savage. Nursing Lives begins rehearsals in January and opens at the Layard theatre in Dorset on February 11th 2015.
